Mantras Stotrams & Stutis

It is indicated in “Matasya Purana” that Surya devata, Shri Ganapati, Maa Durga, Mahadeva and Maha Vishnu, these
five divine powers should be worshiped in every ritual.
AADITYAM GANANATHAM CHA DEVIM RUDRAM CHA KESHAVAM
PANCH DAIVTYA-MITYUKTAM, SARVA KARMASU PUJAYET.

1. Vaishnavas - who worship Vishnu as their Ishta devata.
2. Saivas - who worship Mahadeva as their Ishta devata.
3. Saktas- who adore Devi or the Mother aspect as their Ishta devata.
4- Gaanpatyas - who worship Ganesh as their Ishta devata.
5- Sauras - who worship Surya as their Ishta devata.

The God is Just One. But along with it's Shakti it Seems to be Two. But what is essential is your sadhana should be focused on a single devata, single nama and single mantra. That is the key towards enlightenment.

Suppose you didn't find here, Sri Kartikeya isn't mentioned, that doesn't mean he isn't the Para Brahman. Neither can any idiot tell, it cannot be. The one Grama devi in your place is equally capable to granting moksha, sayujya & everything which if you have imagined to be given in Any Dhams being highlighted in texts or anywhere.

Never Stop worshipping your own Ishtam. That is the core & foundation of Spirituality.
