These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of Mantraam Website (“Service”) and govern the relationship between you (“You” or “User”) and Mantraam, (“Mantraam” or “We”) regarding your use of the Service.
1. Rights & Obligations
We publish articles based on the approval of due writers. Whatever images, written format articles are presented are from writer's only.
In case, if any work affects or infringes any COPYRIGHT work of anyone, do drop us a mail at mantraam.com@gmail.com.
We will remove it immediately then and there itself after having words exchanged with the original owner of the same.
2. Intellectual property
Our articles, Web design, Logo, Our Packages are all developed by us. And Articles written by respective authors are their own. Images used are provided by them while writing the same and designed accordingly. In case if any content in whatever parameter affects other's right to own the content, one may simply write to us at mantraam@pm.me & mantraam.com@gmail.com. Immediate action will be taken. We respect originality and we will adhere to the principle of giving due recognition or uplifting any article, images, videos or any form of content that crosses this rule.
3. Third-Parties
We do share the best websites one must visit or should visit. The Service may contain links to websites or applications operated by third parties or feature content which is made available in third-party services and enable you to access and use certain third-party services. Use of any web sites or applications operated by third parties, third-party services and/or content in third-party services shall be subject to the relevant third-party service provider’s terms and conditions applicable to use of such third-party services or the applicable license(s) under which any such content is made available. Mantraam assumes no responsibility for such third-party services and/or content in third-party services.
4. Costs
Astrological Consultations, Products and Homas Havans have prices which only if paid can be availed.
Certain purchases made in connection with the Service are final and non-refundable. All our services and product offerings are non-refundable.
You need to make sure of your decision before purchasing any service/product.
Mantraam has right to change the price of the Service at any time. Such change will not affect already paid service fees.
5. Security
Mantraam shall take appropriate online and physical measures to prevent unauthorised access to, improper use of and the reasonable accuracy of your personal data submitted to Mantraam via the Service. Any personal data that is stored with us is totally safe. We use it for whatever service you want. Apart from it we don't sell data nor we make any use it for personal reasons. However, the use of internet services always includes security risks. You shall be liable for all your own equipment, internet connectivity and software as well as that they do not cause harm to Mantraam and/or third parties. You agree to not attempt to damage, hack, crack, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Service in any manner.
6. Disputes & Contact
